This past year I was in a life altering accident that put many things into perspective. I realized how precious life is and had a better understanding who genuinely cared about me. My Grandparents are the purest souls I have been blessed to know in this lifetime. Their unwavering support has given me such strength and helped keep me on the straight and narrow.
That accident has had profound affects upon my wellness. I am learning to be gentle on myself and accept that my level of fitness will balance itself out as my body, mind and spirit are healing.
I am most grateful for those I truly love, adore and can count on. It is wise to make room for meaningful relationships and nurture the ones that are pure and true. I am most blessed with Grandparents, parents, siblings, friends and students that enrich my life more than they can ever know. Miigwetch Marci Takk Thank-you!
