Journaling

Journaling

Journaling can be therapeutic and reflective. I have been journaling most of my life, and it is interesting to read over journals from years gone by. There is no perfect way to write, no one recipe in particular; the key is write what you’re presently feeling and thinking.

I often write quotes and take notes from the books I read to remember what I’ve been learned along the way. Sometimes, I cut out pictures to inspire me. The point is journaling is good for the soul, allowing you to honestly express yourself without judgement. Write because it feels good!

Here are a few journal topics, you can choose from:

What brings you joy and happiness?
What did you enjoy doing when you were a child?
What do you like about yourself?
What is your medicine?
How do you like to spend your time?
Apologize to someone you hurt.
Write five places you want to travel to.
What do you think makes for a good life?
