Bonding

Bonding

Humans have always lived in small, close social groups. The 1950’s model of people co-habiting in groups of two’s is relatively new, and so is the notion of socializing online.

Expecting one person to be your one and only form of intimacy is unrealistic. Simply put, your “soul mate” is not your only source of intimacy. We also need social connections with friends, family, co-workers and lovers.

We all could benefit from good old fashioned visiting and bonding with those we care about. It feels better to visit in person rather than using non-verbal communication. Get out there and enjoy real bonding with those you care about!
