Work For It

Work For It

My Great grandpa used to say, “You work for what you get.” Work for what you get applies to many facets of our lives. It is my fundamental belief what we put into life, we get back. If you work hard and are kind to others; life will reward you with many forms of abundance.

As for working out, there are many benefits brought about from exercise. Our bodies tone and re-define themselves as we lift weights and add weight resistance to our workout regimes. Our brains release endorphins (feel good chemicals), dopamine and serotonin as a result of intense exercise. And, our self-esteem naturally improves as we take better of our bodies and keep our commitments to ourselves. Whatever it is that you want, you’re going to have to work for it. Get it!
