Vision

Vision

I’ve had a vision to make music. I’ve had the thought, no matter what I’m going to do what I love. I’ve stuck to my vision through sobriety, escaping a toxic work environment, the death of my dog, an unhealthy relationship, getting hit by a semi, letting go of dysfunctional friendships and stress. Music has been my friend, a way to express myself and heal through all that.

Yes, I’ve been struggling with my vocal health; however, I recognize stress reeks havoc on the body. Thankfully, I am working daily to restore my health. Instead of giving up on my vision while being ill, I’ve written more and am well on my way to the release of my first singles. What a thrill!

Sometimes, you have to sit back and enjoy the bliss. I have been working with a top producer, and it’s incredible to have elite artists on my upcoming singles ones who play with such respected acts as Blake Shelton and Gord Bamford.

I’ve known what I’ve wanted, and I’ve stuck to it no matter what. Yes, I was massively hurt and betrayed but that makes for really good song writing. It’s been said, three cords and the truth is what it takes to write a great country song.

Here I am doing what I love. Who would have known, I could write songs, then take them to a well known producer and create music. That’s what vision is: thinking you can and having the confidence to do it.

I am most grateful to have a top notch team who I love and respect. The people who surround me are as passionate and hard working as I am. I’m inspired by them and am most grateful to see my vision coming to life.
