Spiritual Activity

The mind, body and spirit are intrinsically connected, yet our spiritual selves are often neglected. If one wants balance in their life, then all aspects of our being must be taken care of.

These days, I am on no form of social media as I find them to be wastes of consciousness. I start the morning off with prayer, meditation and smudging. I’ve been attending hot yoga which is wonderful for the mind, body and spirit. My students and I smudge at school and we focus on our breath. Being outside in the bush grounds my energy to the earth. I am also part boarding a beautiful horse this winter all the while learning new teachings and maintaining fellowship with my friends who live on the same spiritual lines.

As a result of making my spiritual activity a priority, I feel remarkable. I know what it is like to live without spirituality and those days were dark and difficult. Nowadays, my spiritual life is not a theory, I live it and as a result I feel more balanced than I’ve ever felt in this life. I hope you too give priority to your spirituality and radiate happiness from inside out.
