Reflection

Reflection

Time passes and inevitably the seasons change. What kind of change have you embraced this year? The key to change is awareness; thus, seeing things for what they are. The late Wayne Dyer once said, “Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change.”

Few people actually have the desire or strength to look within themselves or willingness to accept responsibility for the choices they make. Reflection allows one the opportunity to change their course of action and improve their decision making. It is important to reflect upon what is and is not working in all areas of our lives.

Success has so many meanings and each person perceives success through their own lens. Taking time daily to think and reflect is essential to our personal growth. Think about what changes you want to make and how you’re going to go about making those changes in order to achieve your own version of success.

I know I will take the time I need to reflect upon this last year as I’m relaxing in Cuba this upcoming week. I will use my time to strategize some of the changes and actions I plan on making throughout 2017. All the best next week, be sure to make time for reflection.
