Justifiable Anger

Justifiable Anger

This past week, I heard exactly what I needed to hear: there is no reason for justifiable anger. I know if I did not work a program, anger and resentment would continue to eat me alive. I get it, there is no reason for justifiable anger. Thankfully I am in place where I am no longer enmeshed in toxicity, and I have the opportunity to restore my health.

Instead of staying mad, I am working on my well-being by making health a priority. Whether it’s drinking more water, taking vitamins, going to meetings, meditating, seeing a counsellor, chiropractor and speech pathologist, being of service, cooking real foods, resting, and being active; all these modalities of healing are necessary. There is no reason to remain frustrated, instead ill-being (the opposite of well-being) must be worked through.

Our health is our responsibility, and it is something we all must work on. It is important to eat well and exercise, but we must not forget to take care of our emotional health. I suggest prayer and meditation to dissolve and resolve anger and resentments. There is no sense keeping those powerful emotions in the body, it is best to get them out as soon as possible. I hope those of you who needed to hear this message take away something that helps. Check out my latest YouTube video Ways to Heal a Broken Heart please share your personal tips.
