Weekends can be time to relax and nourish you. I use my weekends to build my health, nurture my friendships and do the things I enjoy. This weekend, I went to my favorite café with a girl friend, headed out to my grandparents, attended a workshop, played guitar and sang with my family & visited with some community members. The nice thing is I remember everything I did, I feel healthier as a result and my mind, body and spirit are rejuvenated for the week ahead.
