Shopping for fresh foods will not only improve your health, it will also challenge you to cook at home. Adding onions and fresh garlic to your recipes will add natural flavors to your meals, and you will taste the quality of flavor in your meal preparation.

If you are in the financial position to purchase organic foods, do it! Apples, broccoli, strawberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, celery, spinach and potatoes are among the most heavily sprayed foods. I say avoid those foods like the plague, and try to make a conscious effort to purchase organic. Shop wise and let food be your medicine!
