Your life right now is a result of your habits. Wherever you have been putting your time yields results. When you replace dissatisfaction with gratitude your life will shift and change. You have to know what you want in order to be inspired to work toward your desires.

I was taking living in the city for granted. Being ungrateful was blocking my life with various forms of fear. As opposed of focusing what I don’t have, I visualize what I want, am satisfied with what I have and I’m starting to learn and prepare for having a farm because I will have a farm within the next five years.

Visualize your goals! Meditation is life altering. Remember your life right now is a result of your habits. Most people do not know what they want, have no plan to get where they’re going and take many blessings in their lives for granted. You don’t have to! Make gratitude a part of your daily habits; I guarantee your life will change! Energy flows where your attention goes, where are you putting your energy?
