Adopt/Foster a Pet

Adopt/Foster a Pet

There are many animals on this planet that need the nurturing of kind human hearts. Over the last few years, I have had the pleasure of fostering several cats and dogs. Obviously, caring for a pet takes a lot of time, patience and humility; however, being of service has its benefits.

Adopting animals from rescues, no-kill shelters and humane societies give animals a chance at living a good life. I know many people who have rescued pets off the side of highways and other dangerous situations to go on and have great pets for many years afterwards. Unfortunately, there are far too many people in the business of selling animals that often do not care for the well-being of the pets they sell. If you’re unable to foster or adopt a pet, you can always donate your time and money to non-profit organizations working to better the lives of animals. We are spiritually connected, so let’s do what we can to be kind to all life!
