Whatever you have to say, say it. Speak your truth in a kind and considerate way. Holding your thoughts in will create blockages in your throat chakra. If someone’s actions are effecting you, it is your responsibility to let them know they have offended you. I personally am mindful of the company I keep; I like to be around people who are easy to talk to and on the same vibration as myself. There is no sense being around people who bring you down and are not good for your peace of mind. You have the strength to be on your own; you do not always have to be around others. Your life is your own, say and do what is best for you!
