Your Focus

Do you sometimes get frustrated with the choices other people make? It’s understandable when you care about others who you can see are not making choices in their best interests. How do you deal with those frustrations?

The best one can do is to focus on making themselves whole. It is easy to lose focus and become over involved in the lives of others. However, no one has any control of over other people or many of life’s situations. You can control how you act or respond in any event.

This is an interesting time in our human history. We are able to learn about pretty much any topic we are interested in if we are willing or wanting to. Instead of putting your focus on what others are or are not doing, make a commitment to learning about your interests. What are you passionate about? That’s where your attention would best go. You cannot make others change, but you can do things that you enjoy and are passionate about.
