Your Days

Your Days

I accidentally came across several memories videos off of my iPhone showcasing the last three months. It’s interesting to see what seems to be the high-light reel of my life: travel, Major League Baseball games, certain friends, family, being outdoors and spirituality . Really, I’d say that about sums things up.

Time is precious. I know right now I have a lot more time to myself as a teacher on holidays, and I’m certainly making the most of my days. How do you use your time? What is of importance to you? Personally, I like a slow wake up. I like to start the day off with prayer, water, coffee, exercise, breakfast and a meeting. That’s my ideal way to start the day.

The rest of my days are spent reading, meditating, visiting, learning, being outside, with my animals, being creative basically doing many of activities I love and enjoy.

Come fall time, I will make sure to balance taking care of my well-being, enjoyment and work. Money does not come before faith; I have a common sense relationship with it; it’s not a god in my life.

It seems to me the more I enjoy my days, the more money comes my way. My days aren’t as much spent overly focused on things that destroy my peace of mind. Granted my thinking can get in my own way; however, these days it’s easier to get back into the flow of life and the present moment. By the looks of things over the last three months, I’ve been having a good time. I plan on making the most of my days and doing what brings balance and lasting happiness. I hope you do too. ❤️
