Walk Everyday

Walk Everyday

Never undervalue the importance of walking. Health experts suggest getting at least 30 minutes of daily exercise. Walking uses a whole gambit of muscles while keeping the body agile and strong. My dog, Copper, is turning 11 this month; at his recent vet appoint, I was told his heart is very healthy. Copper and I have walked together daily over the last 10 years. If you do not have a dog, it is nice to occasionally walk with friends and family. Why not keep fit and enjoy one another’s company at the same time? Regardless, walking adds years to our lives, so keep on strutting your stuff!
