There is nothing more enjoyable than going out into the bush and picking blueberries at this time of year. Blueberries are considered super foods because of their antioxidant properties. It is best to eat wild, organic blueberries rather than farmed berries that are sprayed with petroleum based chemicals. You can add blueberries to your cereal, oatmeal and baking for added nutrients and fiber. Blueberries are one of my absolute favorite foods, I suggest incorporating them into your diet.
