If you want strong quads, hamstrings and toned glutes, do squats. Not only do squats shape a nice bum, they also keep your legs conditioned for old age. You can tell a person’s overall fitness by their glute muscles. People who are active and use their lower body muscles have fit bottoms. Make sure when you’re squatting or lunging that you protect your knees and do the exercise right; your knees never go over your toes. Try doing 25 squats, four times a day to tone up your muscles.
