You truly are the company you keep. I am particular about who I allow into my world, and I am cautious when it comes to who I spend my time with. Friends who gossip and complain lower my energy; thus, I limit the amount of time I spend with them. Instead, I love to be around people who are positive, spiritually-alive, health conscious and fun.
