You are a spiritual being. You are connected through your thoughts, words and actions to the entire universe. Taking the time daily to take care of your body ensures your spirit and intuition are working at their best. The body does the spirit’s bidding, so it is in your best interest to get 7-8 uninterrupted hours of sleep a night and it is essential to feed your body high vibrational foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, free range meats and organic whole grains.

Feed your spirit positive uplifting thoughts. Challenge yourself to cut swearing out of our vocabulary, as it affects your spirit negatively. Avoid low energy people, places and violent music, television/movies and video games. Provide your spirit with plenty of time outside and surround yourself with people who are happy and grounded. Drinking alcohol, smoking and using drugs are the surest ways to make yourself sick; instead, build your spiritual health one day at a time with a grateful, loving, forgiving and tolerant attitude towards life.
