Part of maintaining a healthy spirit is making sure to take time to play. Whether you play on a league sports team or you just like to play catch outside, do it! No matter what age you are: play! Your inner child needs nurturing on a regular basis, so be sure to do activities that feel good and are fun. Also, playing on a sports team teaches people the value of being dependable and cooperating with others. You don’t have to be overly athletic to play sports, you just need to be willing to risk trying something new. Don’t forget that playing sports is a great way to burn calories and get a good workout. Have fun and enjoy the benefits of playing!
