What are you looking forward to? It is important to have goals, it is equally important to have something in mind to inspire you. We all have desires. What is the difference between someone who has a goal and someone who doesn’t? The answer is intention. Intention leads to action and action most certainly heeds results.
As I recently wrote, journaling provides you with the opportunity to reflect upon what you want. Goals can be broken down into small and large ones; your goals should excite and scare you. I am looking forward to traveling and publishing my first book this year. I look forward to having a constant tan from my travels. I am teaching workout classes and working with a variety of groups to make those goals happen. Sitting back simply wishing for what I want to manifest is not enough, like you, I must take constant action to achieve what it is I’m looking forward too. Set your goals high!
