It’s certainly enjoyable just hanging out. There’s a certain type of company that is easy to be around and effortless. I definitely enjoy easy going, positive energetic relationships. Relationships do not always have to be intimate, they can be platonic and familial.
It’s nice to spend time with other people. It is especially enjoyable doing meaningful activities. Hanging out doesn’t have to be centered around social lubricants like alcohol. It is possible to have fun without it.
I am having more fun now without alcohol. My friends, family and I have more meaningful relationships than ever. I am selective who I spend my precious time with and I hang out with people I actually want to see. Do what you enjoy and make the most of your time, it is valuable.
