We all need someone to speak to when we have something on our mind. By simply saying what is bothering you, you are being honest with yourself; therefore, you are able to face what is at hand. It takes courage to be honest with one’s self, let alone to tell another person exactly how you feel and why you feel that way. I talk my problems through with my Grandmother and a few trusted friends. I know with them by my side, I am able to face even the ugliest parts of my feelings. Hanging onto to anger and resentment will only eat you from the inside out, so try your best to get out the pain, anger and hurt that remains trapped inside of you. Until you are willing to face your feelings, you will not experience peace within. Get it out!
