Who said fitness is supposed to be something you hate? It’s not! Being active could be something you really enjoy and look forward to. I have to be honest, I’m starting to get quite annoyed with technology and the usage of social media. I would much rather be with my friends and family engaged in an activity we dig than on a computer or sitting looking at my phone alone. BORING! Go for a walk, go to a workout/yoga/dance class or check out a water park while working on your fitness with family and/or friends. I’m really working on putting my phone down and taking part in life in a fun and active way. Make fitness fun and enjoy the relationships with those who bring out the best in you. In the words of Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod, “keep fit and have fun!”
