One of the surest ways to regulate your mood is to exercise. Sometimes, I forget how great I feel after a high impact workout (getting your heart rate over 150 beats per minute). Endorphins are chemicals produced in the body to combat pain and stress. The body tries to alleviate the stress and pain induced by workouts by releasing endorphins which have an opium like effect on the brain. Try using exercise as an opportunity to improve your mood and well-being. I guarantee you’ll feel better!
