Connecting to Your Nervous System
Trauma is an internal wound that disconnects us from ourselves.
Learning to self soothe and calm one’s nervous system is must that unfortunately many people are not taught in childhood, necessarily know how to do or lost along the way.
That’s okay! In order to grow, one must learn best practices.

I have been a classroom teacher for over 15 years learning about emotional competence and implementing strategies for many years. (I was able to meet Dr Gabor Mate at a professional development conference I attended in 2017.)
