Change the Way You Feel

We live in a vibrational universe. Energy is constantly in motion. The most important thing we can do is feel good. It is pretty difficult to feel good when we think negative thoughts. What we think effects the way we feel; in turn, how we feel effects our well-being.

I have been reading and listening to the messages of Abraham Hicks. The teachings I have learned recently have been revolutionary. Basically, we introduce resistance into our own path when we think thoughts that contradict our desires, meaning, our ultimate responsibility is feel good.

It doesn’t matter what anybody else is doing what matters is how you feel. We give our power away when we focus on someone else’s behavior, we cannot will some else to act the way we want them too. Instead, we can focus on what we are doing and attract people into our lives who are vibrational matches.

Today, I was extremely tired at the start of the work day. I did a meditation over a break, yoga over my lunch hour and joined my class for physical education. Guess what? I felt better! Bottom line, do more of the activities that bring you satisfaction and get yourself back on track by thinking thoughts that genuinely make you feel good.
