Balance takes consistent effort, it takes habit and discipline. What habits do you have that lead to good health? Brushing your teeth, preparing breakfast, a little daily exercise, the occasional meditation, what are you doing on a regular basis?
Habits create the life we live. It’s easy to fall into bad habits and it takes work to get out of them, but the thing is you can.
Self care is a must! It’s not a thing other people do because they have the time. Nonsense! Stop making excuses why you do not take care of yourself. You are no one else’s responsibility; you owe it to yourself to do the action necessary to yield top results.
Go for the walk, make that lunch, take a class, learn something new, go to bed and wake up earlier, meditate, pray basically do what you need to do to be the best, most balanced you. Habits create your life, get busy living!
