Be there for those you love especially in their times of need and celebration. As humans we are hard wired to be socially connected to others. We are driven to be emotionally connected and be loved. Taking the time to talk to your friends and loved ones is a simple way to show you care, especially when someone is struggling and needs to feel safe and secure. Never underestimate the value of a good long hug. Hugging releases oxytocin and relieves stress. Try your best to not hold your love, and be there when you know someone you love needs you.
