The holiday season can be both joyous and overwhelming. Often times, people rush throughout the holiday season getting little to no rest. The holidays can also bring out some feelings of loneliness; thus, effecting one’s self worth.
Taking time to nurture yourself will definitely lessen the stresses of the holiday season. Simply making time to sit and relax is an investment in your state of health. Using positive affirmations like, “I love and accept myself” can drive out feelings of self-pity.
