Considering it’s summer time, most people like to head out of town. Simply going for a drive in the country can create major shifts in your mood and vibration. I suggest packing a picnic lunch, inviting a couple friends and heading out of the city as often as possible. I like to walk barefoot in the grass and sand to ground my energy and connect intimately to nature. How you feel is the key to your happiness; spend more time in nature and reap the benefits of being connected to spirit outdoors.
